It would time out and hang up on me. Over and over again. I finally just sent in a letter and paid the ticket I was calling about. Ugh. </p> <p>I used to stay on hold for unemployment for hours. They have designated days you can call according to the first letter of your last name. I'd call at exactly 8:00am and be on hold for hours.
