My sister never got more than 4 or 5. I got 11 a few times. So she never pumped less than 7x a day...I can pump just 3 (to get 20 oz). It was one of the first (and few) times E had slept completely through the night. I woke up nearly in tears because I was so engorged. He didn't wake up for another 4 hours after I pumped.
