We haven't been out together for almost two years. I've signed up to a babysitting service but DH is really poorly at the moment (with his arthritis - and side effects of the drug he is on) and he can't drink with his medication so he doesn't want to go out enough to agree to the expenditure. I met up with some girlfriends a couple of weeks ago but DH called me home at 10.30pm because the baby wouldn't settle and he really needed to go to bed. My inlaws have the set up to take the kids overnight but they never offer. The last time E stayed over at theirs was last new years eve, and S has never stayed there. Right now all his time off is spent on the house (patching walls, painting rooms, fixing the shower...). I always buy him photo frames with framed family photos, sweaters and such. The artwork will be ready. And it would be so awesome if he just secretly take the artwork and produce / print / bind it to the exact way I like it, say 300 of them (haha), so I can send to my clients as promotion and sell the remaining ones. Better yet, he'd open an etsy account to do that without me having to worry about it. Haha!! Never going to happen.</p> <p>For him, when he was planning a trip the other day (as in booking tickets, hotel, what to do in each city, transportation between cities, planning the logistics...etc.) he mumbled, I wish that one day someone will just plan a trip for me the EXACT WAY I like it.
