Whole wheat toaster muffins, topped with pizza/marinara sauce, part-skim shredded cheese, and veggie/protein toppings... I pop 'em in the toaster oven til cheese melts and bread is toasted. and fresh fruit on the side.

Hurmm.. When I need a fast meal I'll give her fruit and yogurt. :) She loves creamy pastas and meats.. so if I have boiled eggs I'll cut some up for her.

When I really don't want to cook, I can feed my daughter some wheat bread, kidney beans, edamame, cut up fruit, and yogurt/milk and she is a pretty happy camper. It doesn't look pretty but it hits the food groups!
