The good thing is that in NZ these are interest-free as long as your main residence is in the country. Other than that, we have about 2K between the very small credit card we have and what we have left to pay on the car loan. Other than that, zero. We are still renting until we move out of the city, so no mortgage, and we just have one older car that we paid cash for. We are very lucky to not have any student loan debt. </p> <p>Once we buy a house, though, our mortgage will almost definitely top out your list, even with a 20% down payment.
