Luckily, once the rash breaks, the virus is already on its way out. (And thankfully it's not itchy!) Does the rash seem to be bothering her? Mine had a rash like that when he had roseola. Google will tell you it's a super common virus that most children will get before the age of 3. Obvs. you could consult with your doctor, but that would be my guess.
