I don't know anything about PUPP, but I had a terrible skin rash a few weeks ago called pityriasis rosea. I was constantly itching. Soaking in an oatmeal bath of cool water really soothed the areas where I was itching. Hot water made it worse. Maybe a bath could give you some relief.

This looks like the PUPP I had, only I had it post-partum starting a few weeks after my first pregnancy. I do not wish it upon anyone, it was horrendous. My OB had no idea what it was since most people think of PUPP as before delivery. I searched the internet high and low and could not find anyone talking about it (this was 4 yrs ago). These days there are plenty of people talking about it in places like babycenter. It only subsided after I stopped breastfeeding, so it is definitely related to hormones. I'm sure it will go away once you deliver!

@Oceanis723: i'll try that:) My OB said the same...it would only go away after delivery. She said my skin was stretched to it's max and any more growth would just end up in itchy, red skin but that there was nothing she could do about that for me:(

I had a pregnancy rash but it wasn't one on my belly the doctor said it would go away with delivery which was awful to hear. I had it on my hands and feet and it was so itchy. None of the creams worked. The only thing I found soothing at all was cold compresses or soaking the area in water. I know your Belly and thighs would be hard but a cold wash rag might help a little.

@TurtleDoves: in that case I have no idea! I know I sometimes get dots like that around bug bites if I itch really hard, but if you haven't even been itching in those areas, then I don't know! Hopefully your doctor will give you some answers.

@hilsy85: that's the weird thing....I itch mainly on my upper thighs and barely touched anything else (because I can't reach down around my thighs!).
So, I couldn't have broken blood vessels by itching too hard. Unless by itching the top I somehow broke the bottom blood vessels? It's only been like 72h so I am really shocked this is what it looks like already after such a short period of time:/

So sorry you're having such a hard time! :( I'm right there with ya--so ready to be done! That does look like broken blood vessels to me. Did it appear where you had been itching?

That definitely looks like pictures of PUPP that I've seen when I was searching online trying to decide if I have it :( I'm sorry that you're so miserable! We're SO flipping close!

Pics below are of something ugly--sorry in advance!
Some of you might remember me asking about PUPPS awhile ago and thinking I might have it. My OB confirmed that yes, I did have the starts of it but gave me ways to combat it so it wouldn't get worse. It worked--I still itched and had *some* bumps but nothing too annoying-I lived on.
Mind you, at that time it was only on my belly.
Well guuuuuuess what? Now its on my thighs....front,top,inner,and underside of my thighs. Except it is WAY WORSE than it was on my belly and the regime she gave me to combat it on my belly has done NOTHING to help my thighs.
This all began maybe 3 days ago and already I have this:

and

Um, what is that?! Are those just like broken blood vessels or something? or a rash?
I have a OB's appointment tomorrow and I am going to cry and complain BIG TIME because all I do is ITCH. I am so unhappy about the lines, stretching, scratches, and redness that my body has been developing. I thought I was in the clear but then-boom! Last 5 weeks of pregnancy just came down hard on me!
