Morning wakeup varied but the average is 630 am. Once we dropped that feeding and moved to a 4 hour schedule, DS needed a Short disco nap so bedtime moved to 8-830pm. He just dropped that nap at 6.5 months and we moved to a 4.5 hour hybrid schedule so we are back to 7-730pm thank goodness. We used to try later and he would still wake up early so we also went back to the earlier time. He always seems ready and falls asleep fast. He wakes up at 6:30 on average.<br /> I've heard/read that the time you put them to bed won't impact wakeup time. Each baby has their own internal clock and they'll wake up at pretty much the same time even if you put them down later or earlier, so my ped said to put him down as early as I can to maximize his sleep and my "me time". Full disclosure I don't know from experience if that's true because I've been too afraid to experiment with his bedtime :-) But I wonder if anyone else has? I would love for him to sleep until 7/7:30 but I really like his 7pm bedtime too. She wakes up around 6:30-7 in the morning but then takes an epic 3 hour nap in the afternoon. Girlfriend loves her beauty sleep. I kinda wish she took a shorter nap and slept in more in the morning though.
