DD is 2.5 yo:

Dinner is between 5:30 and 6:15 - depending on how long it takes me to make it!
Play until 6:45
Start unwinding (tv or sing alongs) til 7/7:15
Toys picked up and we head up stairs
Diaper change, books read...in bed by 7:30

Some night she passes out right away - some night she sits in bed and plays with toys/books until 8:30...rarely do I see her up beyond that.

She is confined in her room thanks to the door monkey...

Right now I'm still on maternity leave, so I'm sure the times will adjust a little once I'm back at work. DS is 2 1/2 and DD is 3 months.

Sometime between 5:30 and 6:00 - dinner together, DD takes a snooze
6:15 - play, nurse DD
7:00 - shower/bath for DS, bath for DD - a few times a week
7:15 - jammies, teeth
7:30 - DS picks a show, I usually bring DD upstairs and swaddle and nurse until close to 8
8:00 - DS upstairs for books and bed with DH, sometimes I join them, other nights I come downstairs to fold laundry, pick up, or relax

Both kids are in bed by 8:15. DS sometimes has to be reminded to go to bed and stop playing with his animals.

Ours is really stripped down

6:00pm: dinner
6:30pm: DS plays, bring DD (13m) upstairs, undress, change diaper, brush teeth, put her in bed, zip her in her zippy, give her a kiss, she turns and is asleep before I'm out of the door
7:55pm: take DS (nearly 3y) upstairs, potty, PJs, brush teeth, read up to 3 books, off to his room/bed, sing song, wait until he is asleep (usually at 8:30pm on the dot).

If DS doesn't nap he goes to bed at 7pm with the same routine.

My DD is 7.5 months and her routine is as follows:
5/5:30: Solids dinner
5:30-6:45: More play time
6:45: Nursing
7:00: Bath - if necessary
7:15: massage, pjs, and hygiene (clip nails, suction nose, clean ears, etc)
7:30: in bed with a sound machine and singing puppy
7:45/8: falls asleep

Since it is winter here, we only bathe every other day to help fight the dryness. So if she doesn't bathe, then we just skip the bath and push everything up 15 minutes. She knows that once she gets her lotion massage and pjs it is time for bed.

DD is 14 months -

6:15-6:45pm / Dinner together
7-7:30pm / Play
7:30-8pm / At some point, she'll ask for paci+lovey and asks to go upstairs so we'll go and change diaper, into PJ, lotion, what not
8-8:30pm / Crawl into bed (we co-sleep), she gets milk, we talk, read 1-2 books, then I sit/lay there with her till she falls asleep, usually by 8:30

We only take a bath 1-2 times a week so that would replace some of the play time.

3.5yr/9wks

-Baths for both (in separate tubs)
-PJs. E can usually get himself dressed for bed, unless it's a footed zipper one. I put G in a footed sleeper and swaddle.
-Brush teeth
-Cuddle in our bed and read 1-2 stories (right now it's Where The Wild Things Are and Dr. Seuss's ABCs, but we let him choose. He can pretty much read them to us). I nurse G now.
-Lights out, cuddle in our bed to sing three songs. G has usually fallen asleep nursing by now, but might still be sleepy eating.
-Finish songs, go to his room. Turn on stoplight alarm, turn off big lamp, get tucked in, do our goodnight thing.
-Take G downstairs and put her in the RnP.
-Pour wine.

I usually have them both asleep (or at least her asleep and him in bed) by 8, but it can vary between 7:30-8:30, depending on what month it is (every other month my schedule gets me home an hour earlier), how long dinner takes, how long bath takes, etc. The order of the routine itself is more important for him then the specific time.

DD1 is 2.5 and DD2 is 10 months. It's largely the same for both girls and very similar to yours.
6pm: dinner
615/630: playtime
645: bath, jammies, and teeth (baby sister)
7: DD1 watches tv or plays with DH
DD2: nurse, cuddles, songs, asleep by 715. (No books at bedtime because she's usually too grouchy)
715: DD1 gets her jammies, hair and teeth brushed
725: books, bible, prayers, song, bed.
She's usually asleep by 745.

How old are your kids and what are your bedtime routines for them? How have they changed as your kids have gotten older?

My daughter's routine is typically:
6pm: Dinner
6:30pm: Playtime
7pm: Bath, teeth, hair
7:15pm: Books and snuggling
7:45pm: Bedtime (she's in her room, probably not sleeping)

It's changed a lot since she was younger....before she realized she could come out and talk to us about a million things and apparently she used to need a whole lot more sleep!
