I thought I'd be able to stop pumping at a year but with his MSPI I am still pumping 3x a day so that he gets milk while I am at work. I actively want to supplement or pump from the start if possible so my DH can feed (it's very important to him) but I will play this by ear, if it affects BF too much I may have to re-evaluate. At this point, I intend to move to FF/EPing between 3 and 6 months because I don't want to create any comfort habits I will then have to break but, again, I will play it by ear and may want to keep going once I've got it established! </p> <p>I'm just trying to keep an open mind at this point. </p>
