I use disposable wipes but also use cloth too. Each time we need to wipe his bum, we dip a wipe into the bowl and squeeze out the water. We go through them in about 3 says, so they don't mildew or anything like that. I had bought some CJ's Plus Spritz (really liked it) and then when it ran out I just cleaned the bottle and now fill it will just water.
