Complete overhaul, major landscaping. We had a backhoe and dumptruck here for a few weeks, had to cut through the fence to get the machines in, fell some trees, planted 10 foot trees, removed massive stumps and rocks to level the lot, shrubs flowers and mulch, and new grass. We are getting new floors, new tile, new cabinets, new counters, and we have to fix the celing with a new layer of drywall. It's pretty bad right now. It took forever between picking colors, prep/taping, and trial/error figuring out which brush to use. And it doesn't look that good. Good luck - you guys will be pros after doing all those rooms! </p> <p>@Zbug: Here's a pic. We used Flor tiles and two sided tape. I think it took them a couple of days to set because at first they still came up a couple of times, but haven't noticed that the past few days. Its been such a headache just trying to get quotes. I called like 5 companies, got 3 to come out, and only 1 sent me a bid (its been almost 3 weeks). But that one hasn't even responded to questions I asked afterwards, so we're back to 0. I have someone coming out tomorrow that is hopefully more reliable, but if that doesn't work out I'm giving up until after baby comes.</p> <p>Also, I need to find someone to do some yard cleanup and take care of the jungle behind our fence.
