Very little now, aside from going up and down the five flights of stairs to our apartment every time we leave the house, and walking, since we don't have a car.
When we move in May I want to get a YMCA membership and start swimming again, plus some weights and maybe pilates classes. Maybe I'll find a Zumba class! :)

Ummmmm....... nothing. Excersize is a migraine trigger so I have to stay away from it. After I'm all recovered from my surgery I might try to start walking, but I'll just have to see how it goes.

I am doing a 10km in July so will start training for that soon. Probably 4-5 days running and weights 1-2 times a week. I usually do the half marathon that is part of the same running festival but I think it will be too hard with LO to get the amount of training in that I would need to do. Also my husband is doing the half and strollers aren't allowed in the race so one of us has to sit it out!

@Leialou: me too, I love our Y. I love that it has free childcare with membership too :) I did a latin hip hop at the Y before I got pregnant and loved it. They didn't have zumba until recently. I also am nervous to try body pump.. it's hard! But I did body step and liked that.
I signed up for the 5k color run in July so I am trying to get into running too.
@lilteacherbee: aw yay congrats! I bet it feels good to do a race :) I'm excited for my first one.

I'm a runner (just did my third 5K last weekend), so I usually run 2.5-3 miles and then do abs and arms. Sometimes I mix it up and do the elliptical and some squats.

I have a membership at my local Y and I love it. Right now I'm doing Zumba on Monday evenings and Spinning on Wednesday evenings. I interested in starting Body Pump but also nervous because I'm not very strong. I am doing a second spinning class on the weekends just because I really enjoy it. I've signed up for a mud run 5K in June so I'm going to start jogging again.

I need to start running and doing squats! My butt got super small and FLAT after having my baby. It literally hurts to sit on the ground because I don't have any more padding on my tush!

I change it up a bit so that I don't get bored. I need to get back into a routine now.

I do a lot of yoga, and it was nice to be able to continue that throughout the pregnancy. I will get back into this soon.

My Y just added a new class, Mat Pilates and I REALLY want to try it. A lot of celebs do pilates and swear by it for flat stomachs and hard abs :)

I used to do 3-5 miles on the elliptical, today I was exhausted after one, I'll have to work on my stamina now.

Squats, exercise ball crunches, lunges and a few free weight exercises as well.

Also started the C25K program this week, only done one session so far.
