Our rent is also way less than it should be. It stays really cool in the summer and we rarely need the AC.</p> <p>Dislike- it's only 1 bedroom and I think we are going to have to move before LO gets here. The kitchen is a little small (but has tons of storage for an apt) and the finishings in the kitchen and bath are cheap. We also live close to a lot of nice hiking paths and stuff which is great in the summer! The downside is it's kinda small. We own a home, but we only live in the upstairs (we rent the basement) so we basically live in an ok-sized 2 bedroom apartment. Our kitchen especially just doesn't have enough space! I also don't like having a tenant right under us.
