My favorites are:</p> <p>1) tabasco<br /> 2) my homemade Mexican hot sauce that rivals King Taco and El Taurino in LA<br /> 3) tapatio<br /> 4) sambal<br /> 5) sriracha</p> <p>Tabasco goes with everything. Tapatio goes with crab and anything Mexican. Sambal and Sriricha goes with Chinese and Thai. Sriracha is good with pizza too. What about you? </p>
