I've been doing pilates/barre workouts for years, and I'm hooked! I stopped at 36 weeks and am walking granny-style on the treadmill, but it's definitely not enough :(

I've been living on the elliptical and doing some free weights. Plus Summer Sanders' workout for each trimester.
At my old gym, I loved the aqua bootcamp class. My new gym has a crappy pool, and the water is only 3.5 feet deep (I'm 6' tall, so water at my waist doesn't do much for an upper body workout!).
Today I'm 36 wks +1 day.
I used to go to spin class 1-2 times per week, but found I couldn't keep my heart rate in the "safe" zone advised by my doctor, so I stopped going to that. And Pilates stopped being comfortable as I got larger. Only a few more weeks to go before I can start both of those again though!

@mrs. wagon: It's great! The best thing about it is that you're in the water so nobody can see how crazy you look dancing around. I did it all throughout my pregnancy- well into my 9th month and we were doing all sorts of thrusting, etc. I would never do that outside of the water where people could see me doing that with my big belly!

@Mrs. Blue: Oh trust me - I modify the heck out of it. There is no way I could make it through otherwise. I've been taking the class for almost 3 years and the instructor and group are super supportive, which makes me feel comfortable going. You should see me try and do a push up these days! lol

I loved water zumba when I was pregnant. It was awesome to be in the water because LO was a summer baby and I'm in Florida so it was hot! Plus, all of your weight, along with the aches and pains, go away when you're in the water. And zumba is fun!

I have tried my best to continue working out while pregnant and have consistently kept between 2-4 days the entire time. I am 27 weeks now, and just started taking spin class 3 weeks ago. I have to say that it is, by far, my favorite workout to do. The group atomosphere is something I've always loved, it's easier on my feet/body than my Cross Fit Class (that I still struggle through once a week), way more entertaining than the ellptical or treadmill, and I just feel great afterwards - even better than after my pre-natal yoga class. I'm a bit shocked to be honest! It also made me wonder what everyone else's favorite workout is?
