I just give them the hours and days I want to bring DD in a month at a time. It’s awesome since I’m a self employed photographer and travel fairly often. Its rare that I’m paying for days I don’t need and I can put her in more hours during my busy months.</p> <p>Also the teachers are mostly the same 3 years in. The teachers have mostly all worked there for years. At our last daycare teachers would stay for a few months and they were always getting shuffled around to different rooms. It’s so much more consistent where we are now. Can you imagine?! It's one thing to potty train your own child, but 12 others as well?! These teachers are freaking saints!! Lots of outdoor play and encouraging independence. I also love that they turn the lights off for nap (DS sleeps so much better!) and that they don’t wear shoes inside (better for foot development) I know those 2 are random, but they are things I really like!
