I do use canned tomato sauce, tomato paste, and pre-packaged spaghetti seasoning. I also put in fresh tomatoes, bell peppers, onions, sugar, salt, pepper, and water. Then it's ground turkey usually for the meat. Sometimes I'll cut up hot dogs and stick them in, too. And then I use Trader Joe's spaghetti.
