I feel you! We are going through something similar over here with our toddler who is 20 months. LO usually never turns down those sesame street blueberry pancakes, waffles, toast, eggs, mac & cheese, yogurt pouches, granola bars, cheese, pretzels, sweet potato fries (actually any fries) and pb&j.

Fruit. But I usually just ignore it and when they are hungry enough they'll eat. Mine is about the same age and SUPER strong willed so I'm can totally relate on how frustrating it can be.

If he's sick and still refusing that he'll always eat yogurt and goldfish or a fig bar.

My 29 month old will almost always eat fruit too. There are definitely nights where she barely eats dinner but will eat most if not all the fruit.

She sometimes does not like the food I thought was a sure bet! DH tries harder to force her but I'm more relaxed about it. If she's starving later she can eat some pretzels or cheese.

PB&J, Rice cake with cream cheese on it, chicken nuggets, oven fries. None of these are particularly healthy, so on the days when she will actually eat, I try to balance with healthier foods. Honestly, especially with my daughter, this is a daily battle. She refuses to eat most of what I make, but I just keep trying.

My oldest has always been like this. At that age, often the only thing she would eat was chopped ham or yogurt. Now (at almost 4), she won't touch ham but she will eat chicken nuggets, fish fingers, sausages or crisps (potato chips). I dread to think how unhealthy her poor body is because she wont take her vitamins either.

Same here. Last night my kid wouldn't eat his Mac n cheese and I have no idea why. Once in a restaurant he wouldn't eat it with a metal fork, but chowed down when I got him a plastic one.

His fallback is always yogurt, but he'll also eat applesauce pouches, crackers, cereal bars, and usually cut fruit. Toast with jam is popular too, and he'll always eat fries (or sometimes just a ton of ketchup).

My 4 yo is like that. I think he was 24-25 lbs at 2.5 so also tiny! He loves toast with butter so that is for when we're really desperate. Otherwise PB&j, yogurt, healthy waffles or pancakes (different whole grains plus shredded veggies), chips and hummus, or toddler muffins.

Ugh, I feel your pain! Mac and cheese used to be our go to, but all of a sudden, my 25 month old will say "umm. no like this. no like this!" when I give it to her. Slices of cheese, English muffins with pb and any type of berry are usually our best bet. She will always eat crackers as well. And pouches (but even now she will specifically ask for a certain color. No clue how this started!)
