I wanted to find a little patriotic outfit but I must have donated it already. I remember last 4th, I mistakenly put LO in her outfit backwards and nobody at the picnic said anything to me. Can you say 'bad' first time mom?! Anyway, today she wore a cute little applique shirt and sporty shorts. We went to a big party so I had wanted to put her in a pretty party dress but there were going to be so many kids there, it wasn't practical. It has a red and white striped ruffle hem with matching ruffled bloomers underneath. And of course an adorable festive sun hat! On her feet are handmade knit Mary jane slippers to keep her tootsies warm! Oh, And DH and I both are wearing denim to match. I figure it won't hurt for her to be patriotic on other days too. </p>
