@MamaChin: Clementines are great for citrus, I just take each segment and slice it in thirds and give it to him to pick up. It's literally his favorite thing on the planet right now. He'll eat a whole one (he'd probably eat 5 if I let him).

@MamaChin: I just cut clementine or orange slices in half. For a while he had them whole but a recent cold left him congested so it seemed easier on him with them cut up. He only has 3 teeth and has no issues with them.

@scg00387: How do you give your kids citrus? I'm afraid of giving him stringy fruits because he doesn't chew thoroughly all the time

At 15 months she eats whatever we want (she's her daddy's girl for sure an dloves meat and potatoes) ehre is an example of today's meal:

Breakfast: whole wheat waffle, milk, pears
Snack: string cheese
Lunch: deli turkey, mixed veggies, milk
Snack: Goldfish & applesauce
Dinner: beef stroganoff, green beans, milk

She's going through a huge growth spurt right now and is eating ALL the time! she's such a little piggy right now :) I have to cut her off because I know she will get a stomach ache if I don't. SHe doesn't refuse much so we are lucky. I do have to give her potatoes last if we are having them or that's all she will eat.

10.5 months, but I'm looking to diversify her diet because I am STUMPED

Breakfast: Banana
Lunch: Chicken breast, some leftover steamed veggie
Dinner: Ground beef, steamed carrots, apple

That's pretty much every day. I'm avoiding dairy for 1.5 more months, and avoiding grains until she gets her 1 yr molars, so once those two pass I'll be able to open up my options quite a bit!

At least he's a healthy eater! My 18 month old doesn't like a lot of meat (other than deli meat) and only likes raw veggies but her molars are taking their sweet time to grow so she sometimes chokes.

Breakfast: Cheerios, banana and milk
Snack: dried apples or goldfish
Lunch: turkey sandwich, string cheese, orange slices
Snack: green smoothie
Dinner: anything we have, from pasta to tacos

Looking for some inspiration as we eat a lot of the same foods all the time. Since bottle weaning I've had trouble getting him to take in the required 16-24 ounces of dairy, he takes sips of milk with his meals. So far today LO has had:

Breakfast: Oatmeal made with milk, a banana, milk
Snack: Yogurt pouch, Cheerios, milk
Lunch: Roasted veggies (butternut squash, sweet potato, zucchini and mushrooms), baked meatballs, milk
Snack: Apple, string cheese, milk
Dinner: he'll have the same roasted vegetables and whatever meat I am having for dinner.

What's your baby munching on?
