I know she is going to be cranky and I need to keep her up until her next nap and she is generally happier out and about so we jut go walk around target or something. If she wakes up early from a nap we just continue on with our day. My almost 1 year old has been taking less than 1 hour naps and every time I hear her whine I get an "ugh" feeling. I know it sounds terrible but she's only 1 and needs more than a 30 minute nap a day! I try leaving her in hopes that she will fall back asleep but she usually just whines off and on for 45 minutes which is stressful, and not one bit relaxing. </p> <p>What is your typical reaction when your LO wakes up very early from a nap, or refuses to nap at all? </p>
