I curl up with my pillow and he sleeps on his back. Lately, I've been moving to our guest room in the middle of the night, the mattress is more fluffy and comfortable for my effed up shoulder. His muscles twitch really badly as he falls asleep and I swear it's like a danger zone for me if I'm cuddled up to him.
