@littlebittyhouse: I am extremely fair and would say its the most natural looking tanner I've found with my skin tone.

@littlebittyhouse It might depend on your undertones. Usually when I apply self tanner, it's when I'm at my pastiest, but I have a lot of yellow undertones so might help to offset the color a bit so it's not as obvious and it looks more natural. It's definitely not orangish though either way. The color is natural. I would start off by applying a bit first. Does anyone know if there are small travel sizes of st tropez?

When I'm feeling lazy, one of my best beauty secrets is airbrush legs by Sally Hansen. Obsessed! It adds color in a natural way and gives your skin this glow and smoothes out evenness so well. Looks like you have nude stockings on. I use it almost everyday before I get my usual summer tan, and it's foolproof...no streaks, no exfoliating beforehand...super low maintenance color.

@erinpye: good to know. i don't mind pricy because with super fair skin i can't really deal with being too dark you know. i just need some color!

@lilyann: @grizz: @wahine08: @SupernovaJ: would you say the St. Tropez is good for really fair skin?

Clarins, hands down. It's expensive, but the most natural looking for pale girls, and I've tried them all. I like either the gel or the milk, although the milk is easier to apply streak-free.

I personally love Clarins Delectable Self Tanning Mousse. It's a bit pricier but it goes on well, doesn't streak & is one I've found that doesn't have that horrible smell that makes me cringe.

I like St Moriz, the "generic" of St Tropez
ETA: I have used St Tropez as well but St Moriz does a fine job on my skin type/tone at a cheaper price.

Currently loving Banana Boat "Summer Color" spray and I also really like the L'Oreal tanning wipes. If I had to pick one I guess I'd go with the wipes because it dries really quickly and gets you a little tanner than the Banana Boat spray. I try to stay away from lotions as they tend to be greasy and take a while for the color to build up!

A little pricey but St.Tropez bronzing mousse! I get it at Sephora especially when they have their 15-20% off sales. It dries so quick and the color looks very natural on me.
