I have discovered that I'm a control freak, that I struggle when I feel like I'm not in control and give up/run away rather than deal with the uncomfortable feelings. Like "how am I going to choose?!? What if I choose wrong?!?" I soon learned that just meant there isn't a right or wrong way.
