<description>&#60;p&#62;I just made Anginetti cookies for Easter and for Lady M's baptism yesterday, They were a hit both times. They're a cake-like cookie with a hint of lemon in both the cookie and the icing (optional if you're not into lemon). &#60;/p&#62;

<description>&#60;p&#62;I'm baking cookies for a picnic and I'd like to try something new. I'm open to other desserts but I want it too be easy to eat and not messy since it's picnic food. I can't have chocolate and I hate nuts.... So I'm limited. Bonus points if you include a recipe!
