Gift giving does not have to be too expensive. Even my dollar tree has good books and coloring books sometimes. At that age, my LO was more into books and toys than stuffed animals. </p> <p>I think the personalized letter is cute, but you could just DIY something. Kinda the same thing for the coloring book. As far as stuffed animals, it depends if they are into them. We actually don't keep stuffed animals in our home because of the dust collecting aspect (for allergies). </p> <p>I know it might seem boring, but I really just love to get a little shirt from a Target or Old Navy. They both always have reasonable priced t-shirts and button downs. Another favorite is a swim suit! Or maybe even accessories like a hat or sunglasses (if you know they will wear them). Books are also usually safe. I'm usually okay with little snacks like goldfish if you want to also include at least one little edible treat.
