Academics, socialization, biblical values, parent involvement, multiple schoolwide musical performances, fundraisers, portfolios, progress reports, conferences, art. She has pretty decent writing for only being 3! I expect a lot from that. I did know that they don't focus so much on academics. But after seeing how her preschool works, I don't mind at all.</p> <p>I expect LO to socialize, build relationships, learn to follow directions, table manners, learn simple responsibilities, and if we're lucky, patience. So far they're excelling :happy: </p> <p>Their theme for this season is learning about other countries. If a majority of the 3s already know the letters they will move onto the sounds of the letters. We've been very pleased with how much he's soaking in - at 2 he knows all the letters, can count well, can spell his name... it's really fun! They do thematic lessons each month and learn about different things (this month is transportation). We have found the best program because they do all of that for him.
