It's great stuff. I was a long time cetaphil user until my mom convinced me to switch to Purpose. I think it cleans makeup off my skin better, and leaves it cleaner. I have a lot of acne and this did not make it worse (I dare say it's improved it, but don't want to jinx myself). Anyway, you might find it at CVS... It seems to work just as well or better than any cleanser I've tried. Not to say that my skin is perfect (although it's decent) but I've never found a miracle face wash.
