Summer after sophomore year I worked in a research lab abroad in Singapore. It was a really fun job. During the summers, I had mostly paid itnernships at a small pr firm and large media company. I'm glad I had these jobs as I needed the money, and I got to put them on my resume. First I was the receptionist at the academic resource center, then I was a volunteer coordinator for a program with a local elementary school (that job was way better). Sophomore year I worked in the campus print shop (completing printing and binding orders for classes), and during the summer I worked at the library. Junior and Senior year I was an RA, and the summer before Senior year I had an internship with the Office of Event Services (planning and being the contact person for meetings, retreats, reunions, and weddings).
