I've used Clear Blue. That's what my Dr recommended, I found they worked well.

I'm no expert but I tried the First Response Digital and never got a positive reading (though I appear to have ovulated based on my bbt chart). I later read that the First Response are among the least sensitive and many women's LH levels never reach a high enough level to trigger that brand's test. The next two months I tried the ClearBlue Easy Digital, some Clinical Guard cheapies, and the ClearBlue Easy fertility monitor (hand-me-down from my sister) and the first peak day on the fertility monitor was the same day I got a positive reading on both the ClearBlue Easy Digital and the Clinical Guard (so those all actually worked equally well for me... though obviously the fertility monitor gave me a warning several days sooner with high readings).

I only had to use them for 1 cycle but Target brand worked fine!

I used Wondfos and I verified with the Clear Blue. When i was getting "iffy" results on the Wondfos, it's because I wasn't ovulating, so I had one of those day 21 blood tests in the office.

I used the Wondfo OPKS to monitor and when I think I'm close, I use the clearblue digital. Smiley face or no smiley face. Easy peasy! No confusion if the test line is darker than the control line.

@Swoggette: I use ic and cb digi. I like them both. I find them to both be very accurate.

I LOVE the digital OPKS! I used the clear blue easy digital kits (not the advanced. ) It's so nice to not have to decipher lines. What I do is use a dollar store cheapie starting at cd 10 or 11 and (once I see the line getting close to the control, I bust out the digital OPKS. ) This way, I was able to really stretch out the 20 count kit. In fact, after getting pregnant twice using one kit, I gave the 12 I had left over to a friend.
The link below is the one I use. Good luck! :goodluck:

The plain digital CB ones are the easiest. Not the advanced. I have used them all. :) I usually use wondfo and confirm with digital because I'd be broke by now if I only used CB digital.

I am curious what is your favorite. I have been using IC for 3 cycles and sometimes get vague results. Do you find the digital kits more accurate?
