You can fit so much stuff in the refrigerator portion. The freezer has a drawer inside it.. but yeah, it does get a little disorganized. Before this we had a side by side. There always seems to be space for everything. We love it. I love love love the middle drawer which is our drink drawer, because most of time that's what I want to pull out. I also love all the space it has and that it's really configurable. Different shelves lift up or slide back and we've been able to fit everything in there that we've tried. This is my second bottom drawer freezer and I like this one better. The top drawer in it moves better and the bottom seems less cavernous. We're not huge freezer people though. If we were though, I'd probably get a chest freezer for the garage.</p> <p>When we bought it at Home Depot, the sales guy convinced us not to get Maytag or Frigidaire, he said those brands tend to have more issues. Ours has pull out shelves so I don't find it disorganized at all. We also have a deep freezer in the basement for long term stuff but we generally have a lot of food on hand. We also have the ice and water in the front - I had no idea it was a style faux pas @mrs. bird: ! It's large, but not well laid out so it actually doesn't fit that much stuff - especially larger sized bottles (juice, soda, wine, etc.).
