I really love the cloth wipes. They are good for so many things. It worked just as well as a Boogie wipe or pacifier wipe. Paci wipes are a marketing thing. They are used primarily for diaper changes, but can also clean hands, faces, or spills. I also have a small bottle of hand santizing spray (from Whole Foods) in case I need it for myself. When DD was small and spit up a lot, I also carried at least one burp cloth. Now I just carry a A+A swaddle blanket.
