There is a sticker on the inside of the lid about how to get rid of stains, and it says something about washing on as high of a temperature as possible for best results. Maybe that's why I started using warm all the time? I do my whites with hot (because I've heard that's one way to help keep them their whitest). I also use our eco-friendly mode...
