I guess 2.5 or more too, since she usually doesn't nap beyond 2.

Anything over 3 hours for DS at 19 months, but he usually sleeps more once he's recovering from an illness rather than going into one.

Being sick has never made my kids sleep longer! I never get suspicious. Neither kid has ever taken a nap longer than 2.5 hours. Its usually 2 on the dot

Anything over three hours, or any nap where she doesn't wake up and need to be resettled after 30 minutes.

DS (14 months) pretty consistently takes one 2 hour nap. Anything over 3 hours makes me wonder what could be up because 3 hours itself almost never happens.

Ha, at this point I'm suspicious over 1.5 hr (if she didn't have a midway wake up) and then definitely over 2 hrs. Today she's had a fever that got a lot worse after her nap and she slept for almost a solid 3 hrs. Poor baby.

For my 16mo anything over a 2.5 hour nap and I assume he is getting sick. For my almost 4yo if he takes a nap at home, I assume he is getting sick. I'm a pessimist.

DS2 took a 3 hour nap this afternoon and I'm waiting for the other shoe to drop. Super crabby before bed, so I'm expecting an overnight fever :bummed:
