And some Asian brand that doesn't have a name on it just some symbol, and I can't remember the name. He uses those for his work but our at-home "nicer" knives are Kitchenaid and they're great - he uses them often. Largely due to Overstock deals, Macy's clearance and wedding gifts.</p> <p>LOVE Wusthof and swear by them. Not a fan of JA Henckels. :P </p>
