They made a soup/broth from it so I mostly had a bit of the soup. It's has a soft texture, kind of like cooked sea slug. Very very lean meat.</p> <p>The frogs legs mostly reminded me of what I think of as "sea chicken" - texture like chicken thighs or wings and the meat was really mild but seemed vaguely like fish. It's very similar to chicken, though.
