C always wakes up with a big smile! And the first thing he wants every day is a banana and snuggles with mom or dad on the couch. :)

She usually wakes up happy! She's super lazy and won't get out of her crib for awhile after waking up, though.

Almost always when she wakes in the morning or from a nap (as long as she woke on her own) she is suuuuper happy. Occasionally she'll wake up from an afternoon nap pissed off for no reason, but that's pretty rare.

@Danizaur: see LO is the opposite! She's so full of it in the evenings, she's ready to go! Definitely a night owl.

T has two morning people for parents and he definitely inherited it. He's ready to party and snuggle and laugh in the mornings.

In the evenings though...he's a little monster.

LO2 almost always wakes up happy and chatty. LO1 on the other hand is a monster most of the time. If something doesn't go exactly the way she wants it to in the morning she throws a tantrum. Today she couldn't decide who she wanted to help her carry her stuff downstairs so she had a kicking and screaming meltdown for a good half hour. It really puts a damper on our mornings!

Does your LO usually wake up in a decent mood in the morning? If not, what usually gets them out of their funk? We typically have to get some food in her before she's able to be reasoned with.
