I also have roasted unsalted almonds and dried cranberries. And I have just a general fruit bowl on my desk--this week it's apples and clementines.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I keep Emerald cinnamon roast almonds in my desk, along with a small container of cinnamon for the days I bring oatmeal (can you tell I like cinnamon?).&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;My first line of defense is bringing cucumber slices almost every day though - they help keep me from nibbling other things and they are pretty much zero calorie!
