I wouldn't be too worried about teeth coming in out of order. This the chart I have been going by. I have heard of other babies teeth not coming in the right order. Some have gotten 4 on the bottom before any top ones. We thought he only had those 3 teeth but last week I saw that he has one of his back top teeth. He is about to get his second top middle tooth soon (last one came in 2 months ago). Is it normal to get them out of order like that? </p>
