My son is the same. I bought him a nuk bottle & he hated it! So I never got him nuk pacis because I assumed he'd hate those too. He loved gumdrops and Soothies. But then my mom picked up a pair of nuk pacis on clearance and he tried & loved them. Yet hates their bottles. Weird kids.... Now he takes nuk, gumdrop and Soothies. Soothies are the favorite though. We have about 10 lying around the house. The funny thing is, is that she hates Nuk bottles. She will only drink from the Avent Natural bottles. I like the fact that it's all one piece so I don't have to worry about part of it breaking off. I try to at least stick with the silicone ones, I figure they are better than the rubber ones. I second the Happiest Baby on the Block way of training them to keep it in their mouths.
