I'm not sure if it was the adrenaline or what, but I really had very little/no vaginal pain after delivery. I took the percocet for a day, thinking maybe it was just staving off the pain, but went off of it after 24 hours. It didn't even make me loopy! Oddly enough, I had anaesthasia issues and had to be knocked out mid surgery, but Motrin was enough for the recovery.
