It is written by pediatricians and is well written and clear. I read it while I was still pregnant and then used it as a resource as things came up, like what colors of poop are normal and what should I worry about? It was super helpful to have a place to ask questions! It is a pretty similar community to Hellobee (which I didn't find until later). I checked it out of the library but if you have to buy it, it's worth it. So much easier to see the techniques than read and guess whether you're doing it right. Incredibly reassuring to see other babies crying (because yours will cry like that too). I'm trying to go into this and stay calm, relaxed, with not too many expectations, but also be prepared to do whatever will help my LO be happy, get enough rest, etc. thanks for any suggestions! </p>
