Then the typical holiday pay, vacation and PTO. My manager is flexible with working from home and flexible hours (leaving early on Fridays if we've put more than our fair share in). We also have an education benefit of 90% of up to $12k/annually. I can come in earlier and later, and just adjust what time I leave. I can also take off if Jacob is sick or have something going on myself. I recently had to get a colonoscopy with little notice, and my boss was fine with it. I got paid for it, too.</p> <p>The medical benefits are really good. Also, get free short-term disability and I have $70,000 in life insurance and then a policy for my LO - under $5 a month. Also, have the typical dental and vision. </p> <p>Other perks .... they have a massive Christmas party every year. Free meal and open bar and everyone gets a present. I had only been there a week when they had it, and I got a $50 gift card to Target and a bottle of wine. Once you've been there 10 years, they give you a big screen TV. </p> <p>They also do things on other holidays as well. On Mother's Day, they gave us flowers and on Valentine's Day, we got boxes of chocolate covered strawberries.
