My husband got a picture of her after she had been wiped down and he took some video but I really wish it started about 5 min before!</p> <p>We also didn't take that much video and pictures until day 3-4 in the hospital. It was just my husband and I so no one else was there to snap pics and we were just much too enamored with LO to worry about pulling out the camera. At the time, it didn't seem like there was much to capture on video, and we only started videoing him when he became more interactive. But it would be sweet to have some video from those very early days, as well.</p> <p>This isn't about LO, but I wish we had taken more pictures/video while I was in labor (not pushing or anything! Just the stuff before that). We only have two blurry pictures -- one of DH, one of me. </p> <p>Also, I wish we had more pictures of LO being weighed, etc., -- DH was in charge of those and we only have one -- and one of him actually getting his first bath in the hospital -- we only have pictures of him after the bath, in the warmer, and then his first bath at home.</p> <p>Wish we had more of him with the grandparents, too. DH and I joked that they were hobbit ears and I secretly wished the hair would go away asap. I researched it and everything I read said it would go away. Well, the other day I looked and sure enough, it's gone. Now I wish I had a photo of it - just because. I'm glad I have photos and impressions of her newborn fingers, toes and other details.</p> <p>2) I wish I had audio of her newborn cry.
