I can't watch a show that I need to watch weekly to follow. I never know where I will be and it just seems like too much of a commitment. </p> <p>Especially if it is a new show and then doesn't get picked up for a second season - I feel like I am already emotionally invested. I will normally wait for a show to be over and out on DVD so I can see how many people enjoyed it and what the overall review was. For example: I remember friends raving about LOST but then the finale had so many unanswered questions - that would drive me INSANE... Although I've become recently addicted to Scandal, and that is not going to help. </p> <p>I really don't have much interest in most crime shows, so I have never seen a single episode of any of the CSI shows. I don't have premium cable, so I don't I seek out shows like Breaking Bad, Homeland, Game of Thrones, Girls, etc. I don't really watch anything on TLC either.
