I'd put the disposable paper cover on top of the public toilet, then this... Still wiped it down after too. The handles on the sides are great too. </p> <p>We had the popular 2 in 1 Potette thing, but it was flimsy. You and the potty-trainee will love it. And I mean that in a very glittery, lisa frank kind of way. I keep it in a plastic bag thrown into a tote bag.
