<description>&#60;p&#62;I have a medela freestyle so it starts off with a 2 minute rapid pump to get things going and then starts longer pumps. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I think I can set both of these to any strength setting between 1-10. I've always just used setting #4. I recently have been trying to go up to 5-6. It doesn't hurt but I do think it gets more milk. I can really imagine being on 10. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;What strength setting is your pump at? Did you increase over time?
