<description>&#60;p&#62;It seems like he may have broken out in hives. He has not had anything new to eat today that I can think of and he is in great spirits and not scratching. Rash is on his face/upper chest and has been moving around in the form of reddish blotches and teeny tiny white welts. Does anyone know what this might be? He is 2 years and 3 months old
