It did with mine when I took it for a second time before moving on to injectables. I took it once and it really thinned my lining, so then it took time to get things built back up. The downside to a Clomid cycle is that, worst case scenario, it could actually delay your starting injectables (if you were to, for instance, develop a cyst or thinning of your lining). A lot of people also have far worse mood disturbances with Clomid. IUI cycles with monitoring can get really expensive. I understand why you don't want to do nothing though. I trust her very much. However, we wouldn't be able to start this cycle due to timing (I would have had to have started yesterday). I could, however, try a monitored clomid cycle starting tomorrow on cd 5 (this was the original plan before my FSH came back high). My instinct is to try the clomid for a month rather than try nothing, see how I respond and then move on to injectibles....But I don't know if it a waste of money. I know my chances are slimmer but is it a lost cause? Anyone try clomid with a high FSH? </p>
